A Los Angeles native, Tamela Hulett is very familiar with the real estate in and around the Los Angeles County. Tamela got her start as an assistant to a mortgage broker in 2003 at Platinum Capital. She quickly discovered the value in having a Mentor and soon became one of the top producing licensed (2004) loan officers later at Olympia Funding, receiving awards such as “the most dedicated employee”. Her diligence, dedication and professionalism lead her to acquire a Branch management position. Her success led to her transition into Branch Developer where she cultivated new relationships and established an office in a new territory.
Her career has been colored by challenges such as the great recession. While remaining dedicated to her clients, Tamela skillfully adapted to the changing marketplace. 2007 marked the launch of Tamela’s Real Estate Career. Working side-by-side with her Mentor and Real Estate Broker, she applied her knowledge of the mortgage industry to her Real Estate practice. Tamela quickly proved her abilities and became the top listing agent and short sale negotiator for Spruce Real Estate in the San Fernando Valley area. Here she developed firm relationships with investors, first time homebuyers, listing clients, and affiliates alike.
In order to greater serve her clients Tamela has joined Keller Williams-Calabasas Estates where she has teamed up with a vast network of highly successful business associates. At Keller Williams Tamela is provided with “state of the art” technology as well as the most current marketing tools. Tamela successfully serves the Greater Los Angeles Area as well as these specific areas: Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Encino, Hidden Hills, Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, Sherman Oaks, Tarzana, and Woodland Hills.
